Have a 2025 Mustang Dark Horse, two months from delivery and less than 1000 miles. Threw service engine soon light last night while driving. took it to the dealer today and they are saying it was some sort of communication issue in the throttle body control module and there is no fix for it. Told us we had to just drive it that way until Ford comes up with a fix. Has anyone else experienced this? I was searching for TSBs but could not find one about this issue.

I had communication issues, the resolution was the electronic brake booster. The problem is gone for almost a year so far

Well that sucks! You might try going through Customer Care and escalate from that vantage point. I've done that a few times over the years and had some success.
BTW, there is a lot of chatter about the electronics on these. I never know what I'm going to get when I get into it each time. Dash display change is the most common error. As long as the drive train holds up I'll live with it. Had two GT350s that didn't. One blew a clutch, severed the fuel line, caught fire and burned to a crisp. Ford replaced it. The other threw a rod at 115 MPH in a corner. That was a little scary. Ford installed a whole new motor in it. At least they are standing behind these HP cars.
