Saleen Hints at Customized 2024 Ford Mustang in Celebration of the Car's 59th Anniversary

The Ford Mustang, originally launched on April 17, 1964, celebrated its 59th birthday just two days ago. Saleen, a California-based tuning firm and producer of high-performance specialty sports cars, was among the first to honor the iconic sports car by unveiling the first teaser image of its Saleen Mustang, based on the S650 generation.

Although we only have one rendering displaying the vehicle's side profile, it is evident that Saleen has made significant modifications to the Mustang's design. Starting with the front fascia – from what we can see – it will undergo a major overhaul, with new headlights, a redesigned grille, a new bumper, and an updated lower bumper lip. The outcome appears to be a more aggressive overall look from the front, but we will have to wait for the final product to be released before forming a definitive opinion.
