Rear Clunking Sound

HiThere, UK 10 speed auto DH owner here.
After collecting my car, I noticed a clunking sound coming from the rear after a week or so. The problem has gotten worse as time has gone on. It happens at low speeds (around 20mph) when 1 lift off the throttle and reapply the throttle. It also happens when coming to a slow stop. It's like a thud from the rear that I can feel through the driveline.
My dealership replaced the half shaft flange as that has fixed the same issue for others, but for me it didn't fix anything. Ford UK don't get many dark horses in the shop, so they are not able to figure out what this clunking is.l thought it could be to do with the suspension mounts as I do notice when going over bumps the suspension sounds kind of muffled. It's my first time having magnaride, so this could be normal, but it does make a creaking sound from time to time when going over bumps slowly.
Has anyone else had a clunking sound/feel when letting off and reapplying the throttle at low speeds? The car was in the shop for a month last time, and I really hope it's not going to be the same this time around. My main worry is that it's the differential, I really hope it's not. I

Oh the clunk..yes.
Usually the automatic transmission notice this.
I to have been on the hunt.
I have done bracing, alignment dowel.
Had alignment in the rear checked. New delrin vertical link bars.
Many have done new half shafts with no improvement.
My experience.
Only thing that helped was greasing the transmission flange hub splines.
I would think this should not work as the hub is torque to transmission, but it does help enough to not be annoying.
However this is Indicating some kind of clearance issue.
Believe it's a combination of tolerance stacking. Transmission, yolk , 2 piece drive shaft and support bearing and differential and down to axles shafts.
I have tighten and check everything.
Some people have luck with a new transmission hub.(you did not).question is it the same one from 2023/24 or the newest one as I see a different part number.
I even torqued the transmission end nut.
keep everyone updated please.
Also remember this transmission has a learning strategy. Not sure your milage.
Longer road trips seem to diminish the sound I have noticed.
To mutch shift overlap makes for a soft shift but not good for holding power..which is why in sport mode it is even worse. Faster shift, less shift over lap.
unlikely ford will admit anything and manual cars won't hear it.
