Dark horse paint issues

In February I purchase a dark horse in blue ember with the handling package ceramic coating and ppf on the front of car. I paid an additional 10k for what was billed as complete warranty protection for the car. It stays in my garage underneath a dark horse car cover 99% of the time. I rarely get to drive it. I drove it 30miles to have safety recall done and then back home. Then I drove it a few miles to a touchless car wash. When I went to dry the car I noticed alot of places on the side of the car (none behind the tires) where the paint was coming off. I took it to 2 dealerships who are in agreement that ford should pay for it. As of now Ford has refused to pay stating caused by road debris. Has anybody encountered this? I drive it very conservatively and never on gravel. Any contact info to anyone high up in ford that might make this right would be appreciated. I do recommend anyone purchasing a dark horse to wrap the entire car in ppf as the paint work is apparently very fragile

When was your car produced and when did you find chips? We have the blue ember and drive the wheels off this car and have none of those issues as of now, no ceramic nor any wax applications to date, just wash jobs. My car took six months from production for the paint to stop shrinking (completely harden). I measured mine every month until it stopped shrinking. Just under 6k miles, gravel roads and all.

I took delivery of it on February 7th in Colorado drove it home to Louisiana washed it and garaged it until last week. I do believe this is due to the paint being to thin in the effected areas but ford us trying to get out of it by claiming rock chips even though dealership is saying otherwise. (Like 100 little white specs) way too may for rock damage and way to high on car. None behind tire or on hood etc. Only on front of quarter panels right behind door. After repair I'm going to wrap completely in ppf

I would suggest your paint is still not 100% cured. It took months in the sun here in South Dakota in order for mine to hit that point. Please keep us posted.
