Problem with TPMS sensors

I bought these sensors for new custom wheels

For 2 weeks while driving around town they seemed fine, but I went out on the highway and I got the sensors communication failure on all 4. Went back to install and they tool can see them but now car won't sync them? Help please
 
Did you go through the learning process for the new sensors?

I haven't had to do it on my Mustang yet, but on all of my other Ford vehicles there is a TPMS learning mode that you have to get the vehicle into, then activate each of the TPMS sensors with the tool, usually starting with the front left wheel, to get the vehicle to work with the new sensors.

This video is for the S550, but the S650 is supposed to be the same process.
 
I believe the installer did that. They could get it to sync that day. In the morning it was working again so wtf?
