New to the Mustang World but not to the Ford Performance World

Hello All from Northern IN. Have owned (and still own) Ford Raptors for the last decade and been to the Ford racing school in Utah several times. Thinking about shaking things up and going to a Dark Horse as a new "toy". The Raptors have been alot of fun but not much dessert to run in here in Northern IN. :) Just joining the forum I am seeing a bunch of the same BS with dealers taking orders with no allocations, changing pricing when they arrive, etc. Same exact thing in the Raptor world. I refuse to pay above MSRP and have observed people paying $10 - $15K admins for these "specialty" vehicles. Having the right dealer is crucial and I have two that I have long term relationships with so I am not anticipating any of those games.

Still researching but I believe I am going to do a DH Premium in carbonized grey with the matte film. (I think it looks really sinister looking, would love to be able to see a photo outside of Fords renderings.) 6 speed, handling package. Likely wont go with the Recaro's as I am a bigger guy and find them to be pretty restrictive. Looking forward to learning more here on the forum.

My 2nd Mustang. Ordered a "89 GT 5spd that I had fun modifying over the years. Sadly I sold it 14 years later. Move ahead 21 years and I stumbled upon a Black DH 6spd with the track package at my local Ford dealer basically roll off the truck. Negotiated 2 days and actually got $500.00 off sticker which they said they never do! Totally happy with the car as it sits in my garage.
