Hey All,
I just registered on this forum, like other s650 forums, and my situation is different than almost all of you. I purchased a salvaged title 2025 DH Premium HP with 900 miles on it specifically to use it as a donor for building my '56 F100 big widow. The intention is for the truck to be a 90% daily driver and 10% autocross participant. Not only am I using the Engine and Trans (10R80) but I'm trying to use as many of the control modules/sensors and features as I can without compromising the look of the truck (exception being lowered with bigger/wider wheels and tires). Where I'm running into difficulties is separating the systems - CAN communication systems. If anyone has experience in this field or knows anyone who does please message me, I need all the help I can get. When I figure everything I can use I will be parting out the rest, including the front and rear sub frames (complete with no damage) with all suspension parts.
