Thanks to all for your suggestions. I did buy the aftermarket Guards, and they seem to cover a large enough area to minimize further damage. I still plan on changing the front tires. I hate to, but will probably downsize to at least a 295 which will pull the outer edge in about 3/16 of an inch...
Anyone else experiencing paint damage due to the Pirelli tires the car is equipped with?
I only have 2000 miles on mine and there are probably 100 small paint chips on each side of the car between the door and rear Wheel Well where it flairs out.
